The Custom Comfort ClimateCare Referral Program is a program that rewards customers for referring their friends and family to Custom Comfort ClimateCare.
Simply share your referral cards with friends and family or fill out the form on the Custom Comfort ClimateCare Referral Program page. When your friend or family member calls Custom Comfort ClimateCare and mentions your name, you will be eligible for a reward if their call results in a sale. You can earn a reward for referring a new customer who completes and pays for a new appliance installation or a maintenance service.
The amount you earn depends on the product sold. You will earn a commission of $100 for every large appliance sold, $50 for each small appliance, $25 for a maintenance service, and $10 for a WeCare plan membership.
Large appliances eligible for commission payouts include furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, fireplaces, on-demand water heaters, and boilers. Hot water tanks are excluded from commission payouts. Small appliances eligible for commission payouts include humidifiers, water softeners, water treatment systems, and indoor air quality (IAQ) products.
No, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. The more referrals you make, the more rewards you can earn!

No, only new and existing customers of Custom Comfort ClimateCare are eligible to participate in the referral program.
No, there is no deadline for making referrals. You can make referrals at any time and still be eligible for a reward if your referral results in a sale.
*Large appliances = furnace, AC, heat pump, boiler, tankless/on demand, fireplace; small appliances = hot water tank, humidifier, water softener, HRV, RO system, HEPA, high-end media filter, smart home (complete package only). Commissions are only paid on completed sales that were referred. Commission payouts will be made on a monthly basis in CAD, provided the minimum payout threshold of CA$50 has been reached. Our referral program is available to everyone, including those outside of Canada. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our referral program at any time.
