They also have a maintenance program for a small monthly fee that includes a yearly maintenance visit…when my AC unit conked out this summer – I had the advantage of knowing that the unit was coming to the end of its life – based on my last 2 annual maintenance visits. This really helped me to know the unit was on its last leg ahead of time and allowed for me to keep this in mind when working out a budget for future expenses. Would highly recommend it!.
