We had our AC stop working in the dead of this heat. Called Custom Comfort and had a technician, Bob C, come by shortly after. Very friendly and knowledgeable, was able to take care of the issue immediately. Within 10mins we had our AC back up and running.

Sales rep, Alex Mysko, is a very down to earth, personable, up front, knowledgeable guy.  Has a great understanding of heating and cooling systems, isn’t pushy, and didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need. Very easy to deal with and laid back. Comfortably talking with people. Although I’ve been using Custom Comfort’s services for years now they impressed me yet again! We recently had our a/c fail (in the middle of July heat) and a quick call to Custom Comfort and they had someone out to check on our system the same day! After hearing the tech’s assessment of things we decided it was time to replace our very old a/c unit rather than try to repair it and Alex was over the very next day showing us our options for a new system. 4 days later we had a brand new a/c unit installed and had our cool air back! Custom Comfort has delivered every single time we have had them to our home over the past several years. They are wonderful to deal with. Brandy has always been professional, kind, friendly and I always know we'll be well taken care of! Thank you Brandy! Technician Zach Creamer came to our house and was professional, explained everything and got everything all cleaned up for us! We noticed a difference right away with our air conditioner! I had an issue with my AC unit, and Adam did an excellent job fixing it. He also gave me some great tips on how to keep my unit running efficiently. Throughout the service, he explained every step he was taking and clearly described what caused the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
